Join Us at Dreams Dinner 2026

On Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at the Goei Center, we will gather for the most important night of the year at Family Promise of West Michigan.

Dreams Dinner is not just another event on the calendar. At Family Promise, we look forward to this night above all others. The Dreams Dinner is where our individual supporters, households, corporations, congregations, foundations, elected officials, families, and community neighbors come together in one room to celebrate what is working and to confront the realities of family homelessness in West Michigan.

There will be live music, a cash bar, incredible food, meaningful awards, and our Support the Mission paddle raise that fuels the crucial (and flexible) dollars families so often need in their most vulnerable moments.

This event, its sponsors, and its attendees quite literally dictate the financial trajectory of each year, and we look forward to celebrating alongside you.  The paddle raise ensures we can respond in real time when a family needs a security deposit, a car repair, or gap support to prevent a return to shelter. This is impact you can see and feel, and we could not be more grateful.

We are honored that Shelley Irwin from WGVU will serve as our emcee this year. Shelley is a trusted voice in West Michigan and a gracious host who understands the power of community. She will help us tell the story with clarity, heart, and urgency.
